Angel City Development was founded in 2018 to fix a specific problem: waterproofing jobs that were just a layer of paint over structural disasters. By the time you see a bubble in the stucco, the water is already rotting your framing. We step in to solve that: focusing on the structural rebuilds and under-tile systems that actually keep a building dry.

A Background in Engineering and Field Work

Our founder didn’t start this company from behind a desk. He came up through the trades with an engineering background, which changes how he looks at a building. While other guys are just looking at the finish, he’s looking at the slope, the drainage, and the flashing. If the under-tile system isn’t bulletproof, the expensive stone on top doesn’t mean a thing.
